扬斯敦州立大学(Youngstown State University)位于俄亥俄州东部的扬斯敦(Youngstown)市中心，是一所州立大学，学校共有一万三千多名学生，属于都会型大学。

走过将近一个世纪的历史，扬斯敦州立大学一向是国际领导人才的摇篮。小班制的优质教学，师生比率仅为1：19。学校有130个学生社团，提供了多彩多姿的学生生活，包括了社交性质、各种表演、学生刊物编制及出版、及校际体育竞赛等。扬斯敦州立大学的校队如大学篮球队及足球队都有非常好的表现。扬斯敦州立大学中也有许多的运动休闲健身中心让同学使用。由于国际学生占全校学生数的百分之13，学校对于国际学生也有特殊的服务，如写作中心、家教中心、辅导中心等。学校也提供了宿舍及三餐。在现代化的学校宿舍中，约可容纳1,000名学生，可以选择单人房或是双人房。
